This small addition to Sample Editor (Or Sampler Track), will make tuning one shot samples (and others) much more easy, when comping a drum/rhythm loops with samples.
If go further, you can assign this function to a button, like VariAudio.
Drop sample from mediabay to project window, push button - Cubase shows pitch of sample - BOOOOM!
