i’m new to the forum, but use cubase for long years.
I just noticed a weird thing today when i tried to offline pitch shift a short sample without time correction. After the pitch shift a small portion of the sample has just gone from the end. It might be not a big deal on longer audio, cause we are talking just about 100 samples on 44.1 khz. But i tried to pitch shift just one single cycle of a waveform, and 5% is just gone, so it’s quite a big deal. It doesn’t matter if i transpose with only 1 semitone or an octave, same result.
I’m on the latest 9.5 Pro, but checked and it’s exactly the same result on 8.5 too.
Tried the same thing with free audio softwares, worked perfectly.
