Pizzicato Playback - Dorico Elements 5

Hi,

I’m on Dorico Elements 5 and the sound doesn’t change to Pizzicato with the pizz. marking.

Is this a Pro only function?

HALionSonic Sounds do not include a pizz sound; one would have to use the HALion HSO sounds (or Iconica?) for that.

Thank you so much for your response Derrek!
I’ve tried to apply the Iconica Sketch play back templates and still could not have the pizzicato to change the sound. I’ll try it making a new from scratch with those playback engines. Thanks!

It will work with Iconica Sketch for ensemble strings, but not for solo strings, as Iconica Sketch doesn’t include any solo string sounds.
