Place fermata for everybody but soloist in an open meter bar?

I’ve got an open meter bar for a cadenza. I want all the other instruments to show a fermata, without it appearing in the soloist part. Is this possible? If so, how?

I think your best bet here is probably to add a fermata to everyone, and then in Engrave mode select the soloist’s fermata and position it off the page, with a very large Y-offset.
