Platform M+ - Issues with programming

If you are using Mackie Control protocol, the 9th fader sends MIDI Message PitchBend on Channel 9. This works in Cubase.

I went onto the Platform M+ mapper and programmed the faders on a custom script, and now it works fine.

What exactly did you do?

However, now the transport controls transmit midi notes. So when I press play, record or stop, you hear a midi note being played

Remove the M+ MIDI Input port from the All MIDI Inputs in the Studio Setup > MIDI Ports Setup.
