it would be nice, if I could move the green “Playline” with my mouse…
Are there plans to intergrate such a feature in upcoming updates?

Yes, we agree it would be good to be able to drag the playhead with the mouse. I’m afraid it’s not going to be implemented in the next update, but it is planned.
