Playback and system volume key problem

(Windows 10)
If I am using headphones and set the system volume to 0 to mute all sound, then set the volume up again, I still get no sound. It can only be helped by restarting dorico completely. Then I usually get the error “audio process died”, then by restarting again I am back to normal.
This applies only with dorico, not to other applications, but every time.

Do you get no sound at all or just on specific channels. Because there are actually channels muted with you, at least according to the mixer data. Please open Dorico’s mixer window (F3) and check the mute state of each channel.

I get no sound at all. I checked the muted channels already.
