Hi. I’m new to Dorico and I am running Dorico Elements 2.2 and fully updated. I cannot get a single sound to come out during playback and reaching the end of my rope trying to figure it out. I was running a trial version but now have a licensed version. Can anyone help?
So you did get sound out with the trial version before?
With the now full license everything should work exactly the same.
Have you changed the audio interface settings under Edit > Device Setup?
If you can’t get playback working, then please create a new piano project, enter a handful of arbitrary notes and then choose from the main menu Help > Create Diagnostic Report.
That will create a zip file on you desktop, please send it to ‘u dot stoermer at steinberg dot de’.
