Playback Options, and therefore Swing, disabled in SE?

I can’t find Playback Options in the free version.

Is this, and therefore Swing playback, unavailable?

Does Elements have it??

In SE, you should be able to enable swing playback using the tempo popover. You can select one of the default rhythmic feels.
