Hi, I don’t know if anyone else has noticed this, but it seems that in last couple of Cubase versions I have noticed that the playback position marker seems to lag behind the actual playback. I think this is happening more noticeably on projects with more plugins especially, or with Rewire devices.
Although the sound playback is perfect marker seems clearly delayed.
The way I tested was I put the left locator (loop start) on a downbeat, then start playback the position marker starts behind the downbeat, even though the audio starts precisely on the downbeat. I guess you can simply try by starting playback on any downbeat.
Anyone else notice that?
