Hi. With the latest incarnation, 6.2.10.6140, although I can still input notes from my Korg midi, it no longer plays back. I’m going round in circles, but just cannot find out why! Could a fresh brain offer a little advice, please?

Not sure whether you meant play back on your Korg or through Dorico, but I would start by (re)applying a Playback Template via the Play menu.
Or could you please post a demo project? It does not need to be a complete score, just 1 or 2 bars is enough.
