Even after deleting a specific player name, the “II” still appears. How do I remove it?
Layout options, Staff labels, you can show or hide them there, is this helpful?
You will need to actually have a name for each staff if you have more than a few instruments, singers otherwise you will not know what they are.
There are several instruments, and I need to hide the name of a specific one, but even after deleting it, “II” keeps appearing.
I do not know if this will work, in Setup, click on the disclosure arrow for that instrument, then click the 3 dots, Edit names and delete there. Does this help?

There was another empty name listed above it, so it was labeled as “II.”
