When playing notes from my motif xs8 connected via mlan to cubase Ai4 it will open up the mixer page or various other screens depending on what notes I play. It stops if I put the keyboard in performance mode and change to midi channel 2 but when I put the motif into sequencer/song mode for multi timbral playback it comes back does anyone know how I can turn this off as its really annoying when trying to play and you have got all sorts of screens comming up.
Make sure Generic Remote or the like isn’t enabled. Use the specific MIDI input of the device and not All.
