I have recently upgraded from Cubase 8.5 to Cubase 13. An important part of my workflow is to be able to quickly test different sounds on my instrument tracks, to pick the sounds that best fits the project. Usually I open the track preset window from the instrument track and preview different sounds. Before, I have been able to play the project while doing this, thus being able to hear how different sounds fits the melodies and chords I’ve made. Now I can’t play the project while keeping the track preset window open. If i press play on the transport bar the track preset window is closed, and the key command I usually use for playing the project does not work when the track preset window is open. This was not the case with my former setup. Does anybody know what can be done about this? Is there some sort of setting for this?

You can browse the presets in the MediaBay or MediaBay Rack.
Actually I solved the problem, it was very easy. I just had to activate numlock, and the usual key command worked again. Sorry for that!
