Hello. I was wondering if there’s a better way of adjusting the positioning for playing techniques. Some playing techniques should behave more like an articulation (Bartok Pizz, Harmonics, Double Tonguing, for example). They should be always close to the notehead. I know you can change the positioning between below and above, and adjust in engrave mode, but there should be a more consistent way of configuring the standard placement for specific techniques, right?
At present, there isn’t, just a global setting for distance from the staff.
There’s a workaround to get a PT a little further from the score: add a dummy character as a glyph, drag it below the existing PT, and set its color to white.
