As far as I know, it depends on your Playing Techniques Font size and it’s not scalable, I’m afraid.
It only appears small in certain score file

No, there is only one size available.
You could try to use the Library Manager to compare a “normal” project with a problematic one. Or post cutdown versions of both here, and someone can maybe help you.
