I’m new to Cubase and I wanted to know how to trigger a wav. file or audio file using my midi controller if possible.
Not directly within Cubase…you will need to load the wav into a soft sampler.
There are some freeware options
I like Shortcircuit (Use v1.1.2) for it’s relative simplicity.
UVI Workstation seems to get plenty of recommendations but I haven’t tried it.
There are probably other options but one of these should get you started.
