In playmode I shorten quater notes to hear them more seperated, without changing them in write mode
Can I copy this shorter note and paste them to another region in my Music? (Copy only the lenght of the note)
The same. Can I copy dynamics changed in CC7

You can copy data from the automation lanes: select it, copy it with Ctrl+C (Windows) or Command-C (Mac), then put the playhead where you want to paste it, and ensure you have a selection in the piano roll for the instrument in whose lane you want the data to appear, then paste. But you cannot easily copy the edited duration of the note independently from the note itself: to do that I’d recommend copying and pasting the notes and then using Lock Duration in Write mode to re-input their pitches.
