Please add an option to reserve the middle mouse button exclusively for pivoting

In every program I’ve ever worked in, middle mouse button could always be used to “grab“ the screen so you can easily and intuitively look around. The same is true for dorico but with the added annoyance that you can also select and move objects in your score, which leads to a minor inconvenience at least every 10 minutes whilst editing your score because I’ll want to move around but then I accidentally grab and misplace a tempo marking 10 miles away. Could there please be an option in the future to reserve the middle mouse button exclusively for pivoting?

As far as I can tell there doesn’t exist such an option yet in dorico: Disabling middle click note selection

I don’t think Dorico defines anything specific for the middle mouse button (if you have one).

The middle mouse button (scroll wheel) moves the screen side-to-side when one holds down the SHIFT key.

I am aware, but it’s 10x more convenient for me to click the middle mouse button to pivot around.
