When I try to ‘reactivate’ my products on the site I’m getting asked for a new elicenser number, well there isn’t one.
In the elicenser I have just installed under ‘Registration’ it says, ‘Register all elicensers at MySteinberg’.
Can anyone tell me what to do? Thank you.
I figured it out, the elicenser standalone download would not produce a key, one that would, is the one with Elements.
