Hello. I updated to Dorico Pro 6. It installed and ran fine on my laptop. But on my desktop, I think I did something wrong. Clicking “relaunch” doesn’t respond. Dorico 6 doesn’t appear. I even went to the website and authenticated. Please help. Thank you.
The Activation Manager shows only a Dorico Pro 5 license and with that Dorico 6 won’t launch.
In the Activation Manager window at the top right is a Refresh button. If you click on that, does then the Dorico 6 license appear?

@Nohoodorico - I just checked your account and I can see the Dorico 6 license in there.
As Ulf says, refreshing Steinberg Activation Manager should work.
If it is still not showing Dorico 6, you can force Steinberg Activation Manager to fully refresh all the licenses by holding down the SHIFT key when pressing the sync button in the top right of the window.
This should resolve your issue. Please DM me if it doesn’t.

I pressed the sync button while holding down the shift key as you suggested, but nothing happened. Should I try deleting it? Dorico 6 is listed on the Steinberg website.

This is dorico5. On my laptop, it appears as dorico6. It doesn’t appear on my desktop. I think there’s a problem with my computer. I want to reinstall dorico6, but I’m not sure what to delete. On the website, dorico5 has disappeared, and only dorico6 is registered. The dorico5 trial version was recorded in the Steinberg Activation Manager, but dorico5 has been updated, so it no longer appears on the Steinberg website. I’m using Studio One, and there seems to be a conflict between the two programs. When I run Studio One, two vst files won’t load. I apologize for asking another question. Thank you. Perhaps sign out of Steinberg Activation Manager and sign back in again, this should reset the licenses on your computer.
Or… press Shift while pressing Refresh
