I keep seeing these videos of people who have done remixes using audio from clips. I’d like to know how to do that myself, so I’m wondering how do you map audio to a midi keyboard to get different sounds out of it?

You could use groove agent and put the sample on a pad then choose the key range and it will spread that sample out over a few pads and you can trigger with your keyboard… Use halion.
I use padshop pro as a sampler and do exactly what he does in the granular section of padshop. There is prob more ways… Maybe vari audio?
