Hi there, i got a free copy of wavelab cast oem with zoom recorder, yesterday i brought the upgrade from wavelab cast to elements 11 but when i try to use the download access code , it says i don’t have a product from which to upgrade to elements, steinbergs support is too confusing and frustrating tbh…so i’m trying my luck here,
