Hellow, my name is Emilio and I am wrinting from Venezuela. Please I need your help in the following topics:

I already downloaded and installed in my PC the trial version of Cubase Elements 7 from your web page. in that page you say that we do not need to register or activate this application to run it. But in my case, when I tray to open the application, it ask to me for an activation code, and I do not have it. Please, tell me where can I find it to activate the application? What can I do?

I am users of Cubase 4 Le and I am interesting in upgrade or buy a new version.

It sounds to me like your SEL may possibly be damaged. We may need to create a new Soft-eLicenser on your PC but first I need to know which version of Windows 7 or Windows 8 you are running. Please go to your Start menu and right-click on Computer and select Properties. Are you running on a 32-bit or 64-bit operating system? Windows 7? Windows 8?

Hi Joshua, thank you for your quick response, I really appreciate that. The window I am using are:

Laptop: Win 7 32 bits.

Desktop: Win 7 64 bits.
