Although I’m a huge fan of Cuebase 8.5 functionalities, it’s really difficult to get inspired creatively because the GUI looks outdated in comparison to other daws. 
(Reason 8, Pro Logic X, Ableton 9, Samplitude Pro X or Fl Studio 12) are some good examples.
Something a little more polished, not so cluttered, refreshing and futuristic please!!
This has been an important factor in how much I and others choose and use daw programs.
I hope that someone would consider this in a future update.
