"Plug-in Information" window - less features in NU8?

In previous version of Nuendo the Plug-in Information window offered a little list of tracks when the cursor touched the respective number in the column “Instances Used”. This is extremely handy in huge projects, especially when they come in from other studios, to get an idea of what to expect, and to optimise CPU usage. It’s also useful tool to hunt-down tracks with a plug-in that has to get replaced for one reason or the other.

In Nuendo 8, this feature got dropped, as it seems. :stuck_out_tongue: … is there another way to achieve the same functionality now?

TIA,

Click lower left ‘i’ button to open plugin information pane and then select the pop-up track info by clicking on the downward pointing arrow next to the instances field.

Ahhhh! :bulb: Thanks a lot, Stingray. That’s what I’ve been looking for.

… workflow-wise this is now more involved than with previous implementations, but at least the functionality is still there.

Kind regards,
