I have installed cubase pro 11. i can’t find galion sonic se 3 or groove agen se 3 in my plug in vst after installation. it doesn’t download directly? or download on steinberg site?
the computer file installs in the program files or files program(x86) in Windows ?

It depends, what you have downloaded and installed from the Steinberg Download Assistant.
If you want to get the full Cubase installation, open the Cubase tab in the Steinberg Download Assistant, select Cubase Pro and download everything what is on the right panel then. Nothing more (nothing from other tabs in the SDA), because you don’t have the license for the other software (most probably).
As you can see, there are also HALion Sonic SE - Instrument and Content, same as Groove Agent SE Instrument and Content in the SDA. So this is the way, how to get them.
