Is there a way to change the category of a plugin under DEVICES\Plugin Information. I would like to get all my EQ under EQ, etc. Not al the vendors do this correctly.
Any help?
If they are VST2 plug-ins you can organize them in your VST folder by creating any folders you want to act as new categories and then moving the dll files into the folder you want.
In VST3 we are unfortunately just stuck with however the folks who created the plug-in set it up.
