Plugin list to drag & drop

Hi
Two questions:

  1. Is there any way to show a permanent window with a list of the plugins to drag and drop into the inserts slots of the tracks, instead of picking from the slot itself? I thought I could find this feature in the rack section but I don’t see “plugins”.
    I have seen this feature in other DAW’s, like Studio One (FL too, I think)… It’s not a big deal but it could be easier drag & drop to insert effects in the tracks.

  2. If I apply the same effect as insert (or sends) more than once in the same track for different purposes (e.g…EZmix), can I edit the name on the insert slot to differentiate it fro the other?

Yes, Probably I should have posted this in the suggestions section, but I want to make sure first these features are not available.
