Plugin Manager in Cubase 7.5

Hey everyone

I would like to customize my plugin organisation in Cubase 7.5 but I can`t seem to find the Plugin Manager.
Did they forgot to implement that in Cubase 7.5?! :confused:

Could anyone at least tell me if Cubase 7.5 will cause problems when I move the VST plugins in the VST folders around?
I dont want my existing sessions to not load up correctly and have plenty of trouble afterwards only because I moved the plugins to a new folder. I know the manual suggests just that but I dont want to risk it…
