Anyone having a workaround about plugins causing crash when moving an old project from cubase 7 to cubase 8 ?
If I load a project made with C7 in C8, the following plugins will crash cubase. The plugins are actually loaded, but when I want to display them, it shows the plugin window but the GUI won’t load and it often freezes at this point.
I have this issue with Waves 9.2 and Melda Production plugins.
If I open an empty project in C8 and try to load these plugins, all seems to be ok.
Using 32bit version here… unfortunately 64bit is still not stable enough with the tools I need.
