Plugins Folders

Hi,
Trying to sort my plugins into a sensible system. Does anyone know where the “other” folder resides? And how does a plugin get put to that folder?

I have a bunch of different kinds of plugins, i.e reverbs and delays, that i would like to move to a folder called reverbs and a folder called delays.

Why not just create a custom collection using the plugin manager?

I’ve done that too.
The thing I’m trying to figure out is where some of the folder that Stienberg makes reside.
There is a reverb folder that I’d like to put reverbs in but can’t find it. I could make another reverb folder but now I have to folders labeld reverb.

E
