I am working on Cubase LE5 and have recently switched to Mac. At first, all of my plugins were showing up in the Sends panel, but now they are not showing up when I choose try and choose a plugin. All I see is No Bus, and Stereo Out left and right.
Let me know if you need any more information. Any help appreciated!
I believe you are confusing something. A “send” can only go to a few things such as a bus, group channel, or some sidechain inputs. A MIDI send can go to a VST instrument.

Did you set up a send effect in VST Connections?
If it’s not automatic, then no. How do I do that?
I have a similar issue, i have Cubase Le 5 on PC, windows 7 64 bit, and i cant find a way to use my native instrument instruments with as well as kontakt 4 which came with my komplete 7 elements bundle.
How do i do it? how do i set up more VSTs ?
