I’ve noticed something weird as of late…. When working within a montage and using clip effects, sometimes the changes made to a plugin won’t save unless I close the plugin interface. There seems to be no consistency with regard to plugins. I use “Command S” a lot, but I’ve been burned a couple times thinking my changes were saved only to find out they weren’t.
There is no reliable way to know if a plugin has changed its parameters since the last time they were retrieved by WaveLab. This is why closing the effect UI is the best way to have WaveLab save its parameters.
