I’m not sure that it’s possible to place “poco” above a dynamic.
In any case, you might find this thread useful:
To change the look of Playing Techniques, you will need to go to the Edit Playing Techniques dialog, select the technique, and then edit away. NB I’m not at my computer but I don’t think “poco” is listed as a playing technique.
