Hello,
I am having a problem with the font „Academico“.
It is the one used by Dorico to display title etc.
If I input the title „Jezus już przysyedł“
the accented z (ż) will be displayed in a different font:
How to solve this problem?

Academico only has pretty basic language support and does not include the Ż.
For a more comprehensive and free version of New Century Schoolbook (which Academico is based on), try TexGyre Schola:
