slightly annoying, and problem if you want to have the pool below some plugins on 2nd screen.
This has been a complaint for at least decade, so I think there is little to zero chance of Steinberg ever sorting it out.
I think it would take 10 minutes for a programmer to copy paste the code from the other windows that do allow this…
the “stay on top” feature should be extended to many other Cubase windows, one on all the channel editing window.
