Pop up messages on launch.

Hi

Ive just moved my Cubase 8.5 set-up to a new iMac from a MacTower. Im now getting 2 pop up messages each time i load up with the messages below.

Does anybody know why this is happening, what it means or how to get rid of them on launch ???

Your system fingerprint is not valid anymore. The systems hardware configuration has been changed.

Soft-licenser see Nr. xxxxxxxxxx - xxxxxxxxxx and stored licenses have been disabled.
Hardware eLicensers are not effected.

Please contact your software vendors support department for help and reactivation.

Necessary files or information for the validity of the Soft-licenser have been changed or corrupted

This can be caused by the exchanging singe files , the usage of clean up and back up tools or similar.

Hi,

Uninstall your eLCC software completely, and use the eLCC Helper to force the eLCC to make a new unique Soft-eLicenser number.

The first thing to establish is if you even have any soft licences.

If you run full version Cubase your licence is on the dongleā€¦do you have any other Steinberg soft that may be soft licenced?

If the answer is no then just delete this file:
/Library/Application Support/Syncrosoft Soft-eLicenser/SeLicenser.sel
