I find the default upbow and downbow popover input text to be laborious to type, so I changed the entry to simply “up” and “down”. However, that change isn’t applying to other files even though I clicked “save as default” for both of them. How do I make that kind of thing apply to Dorico generally?
Those changes will apply to all future projects that you create, but they won’t retrospectively apply to other projects you’ve already created. In a future version of Dorico it will be possible to import and export this kind of data more directly so that you can quickly add these kinds of customisations to other existing projects.
