I’ve got a popping sound happening when I batch export, specifically a Halion 5 instrument track using the Blues Radio Piano preset. Once exported and brought back into the project, there’s a low-endy popping sound on the very first note of the new audio file. (It’s like the sound you hear when you first turn on your speakers - a sort-of initialization sound.)
I’m still learning the art of making a screencast video (using this ezvid software, which is rather limited - got another suggestion?)… But here’s an example of the offending “pop” sound…

I have never had such a thing happen. Maybe try ‘Render In Place’ as a workaround til someone has insight to the issue.
