Porcess Bars dialog, process twice the expected value.

Hi guys!,

Whenever I use the “Process Bars” dialog, If I set to insert 1 bar it adds two, two, it adds four, etc…
Same for deleting…kind of dangerous…

If i press Ctrl+Z, it undoes half the process (and I end with the expected behavior)…so I guess the button is receiving like two presses or something.

Same thing was working fine in 9.5.41.

This should be fixed in Cubase 10.0.15.
