Portable Recorder Recommendation

Hello

In my home studio it is difficult to record live drums. I usually just go to the drummers house or rent a studio space to record the drum tracks. I been recording on an old Zoom portable recorder but just wanted to get some recommendations on newer portable recorders. I really just need the ability to record high quality audio at 8 tracks simultaneously. I do all mixing in Cubase 9 so effects and extras are not as important as solid audio and the ability to transfer these wavs tracks to my Daw.

Any recommendations are appreciated

The zoom F8 is the only affordable eight track recorder I’m aware of.
