I can’t figure out how to set the first bar in the same position with the other bars. I’m in the trombone part not the full score. I want to drag the first bar at the begging of the margin. Does anyone know how to do this?

Also try setting Layout Options > Note Spacing to 3 instead of 4 for parts like this.
In the screenshot above you’ve crammed the first system 178% full, which is causing collisions and poor spacing. This is definitely the wrong way to go about fitting more music on a line. We aren’t meant to do layout manually this way. Get to know the settings and what they control, and you can save lots of time and repetitive edits.
