Position to Left of Window (navigation)

Hello,
i need help to find the way to put the cursor to the left of window in Cubase. In old version there use to be a key command “Position to Left of Window”. Can’t find it anymore. It was really great navigation option.
Or is there’s the way to do similar thing in Cubase 7?

Also is there the way to assign horizontal scroll to arrow buttons? Which keycommand is that?
