My spark go supports 44.1 khz only but Cubasis only shows 48 khz with no option to change it. So the recordings sound garbled. Any idea why Cubasis is not seeing the right sample rate? Or allow me to change it?

You could try changing the bit depth to 16 as it is the depth spark operates according to the help pages. But it probably does not help. I’m sorry but I cannot help you. Soon someone will help you I am sure
Sorry, I forgot to ask whether you use android or ipad/ios. Also are you on latest CUBASIS version, 3.7.8? I also forgot to ask whether there are any error messages, or similar
Thank man. Yeah I tried 16bit also but it doesn’t help. I’m on Android. Latest Cubasis. Appreciate you trying to help. Does it work for you?

What phone and interface are you using? Guessing Samsung phone?
Good guess. I’m using Samsung Galaxy a54. I don’t use any interface with cubasis. I play using the onscreen keyboard

Now that was unfortunate. I’m sorry. For some reason I have not seen that piece of info. One could think that the limiting rate would be 44.1 khz
Ouch :(. Is that due to some technical limitation or perhaps something that could be fixed in the future?

I do not think a fix to your problem would be implemented any time soon. Just a guess ofc. (Also This was said in the google ai search engine result)while there are some Spark alternatives like the Mooer SD30i, none are listed with a 48.1 kHz sampling rate. Bad luck

Cubasis for Android currently supports a sample rate of 48 kHz. That might change in the future, but there’s nothing planned or confirmed at the moment.
