dopo aver aggiunto (per ultimo) una “Cornetta” in accollatura, in Configurazione l’ho spostata al 2. posto (dopo il Flauto di Pan): come faccio a spostarlo anche nel Mixer di Note Performer? Lì è rimasta al 5. posto.

Try resetting the playback template. My understanding is channels are loaded according to the order instruments are added to the project, unless you reload the playback template - then they will be re-added based on their current order.
