I just noticed a small bug when using the Jazzy font.
I was entering some text and wanted to surround it with a frame. If I type only “outro”, the frame fits perfectly. However, if I make the text a bit longer, the right border of the frame ends up touching (or overlapping) the last letter. The only workaround I’ve found is to add an extra space at the end of the text, which fixes the issue, but I suspect this might be a small bug.
I hope this is helpful somehow.
A little side note: I still keep pressing Enter when I’m finished typing text. I always forget that in Dorico, Enter doesn’t finish text editing—I have to press Esc instead. It still feels a bit unintuitive to me. I’m curious whether anyone else feels the same way?
The “enter” authomatic action is always bugging me, also, but the behaviour in Dorico is perfectly correct, as the texts in Dorico do not need to be on just one line.
Usually, I do not use Esc, instead, I click with the mouse somewhere on the score to close the text input (when I remember not to use enter, that is…).
