I find if I try to hide the fermata (redundant) in the lower stave of a piano score it hides the one on the top stave too. Any way to do this in 1.1?
What about going into properties and changing the color opacity to zero percent?
That hides them on both staves. Thanks for the suggestion.
In my experience, only to place any white background as a graphic frame, overlapping the fermata.
Kunstderfuge, I’m not sure how to do that, can I get a brief tutorial from you?
- Create a white graphics file, e.g. in PNG format, in any image editor you like.
- In Engrave mode, enable frame editing and drag out a purple graphics frame.
- Double-click the purple graphics frame and choose your white PNG graphic.
Thank you Daniel, very hand trick.
If you want to get rid of an excess fermata, you can also move it (in Engeave Mode) on top of the other, or simply carry it out of the paper range.
