Possible to transform program change into Note on?

Hi,
Is it possible with the input transformer to transform program change messages into note on messages? If so, how would I achieve this?

I am trying to figure out how I can get program change commands to change articulations in Expression maps.

It is indeed possible to transform Program Change messages into note-ons, via the Input Transformer. But unfortunately, in the case you desire, it will be of no help, because the Input Transformer doesn’t transform data that is going to the Expression maps.
