Possible tool to make command short cuts if not in the key command list?

I was hoping Elgato Stream Deck might have a way, but I haven’t found a solution yet.
To be totally specific, I’d like to have one macro or key command shortcut to select my Monitor 2 (headphones) AND select Downmix: Binaural from the Renderer for Dolby Atmos in Nuendo 12. Solving this limitation opens up a lot of other possibilities for streamlining workflows, fingers crossed for some great suggestions!
